Links Junior Honorary is hosting Bear Down Ball! Honor the tradition of the University of Arizona at our 1920s Masquerade Ball on April 2nd.
The Bear Down Ball is an annual charity/fundraising event that traditionally started in 1927. Originally, this event was hosted in honor of John Button Salmon (JBS), also known as number 12 in the class of 1926. As the honorary progressively grew, it’s also been a way for us to honor the memory of Sean Quigley, who was number 13 in the class of 2015. All the proceeds that are raised during this event will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and none of the proceeds are kept.
To celebrate Bear Down Ball's return to campus in two years, Links is updating our theme to 1920's Masquerade. Dress to the nines while and encorporate a mask into your look. Think Great Gatsby meets Romeo & Juliet!
