Zononi lawn and landscape is a small but busy company in Williamsburg MA. We’re primarily a maintenance company, and as such our aim is to provide the best quality service possible to our customers. Being a small crew we strive for a friendly, easy going atmosphere, where every member is a valued asset. We will be needing a new lawn mowing crew member for the 2022 season. Responsibilities to include all aspects of commercial lawn mowing, and also spring and fall cleanups. Experience is strongly preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. We strongly encourage submitting a cover letter in addition to work history. Personality and attitude is valued equally as much as experience. Pay for this position is between $17-25 per hour depending on ones experience, competence and attitude. Paid time off and an employer matched retirement plan available. This position is generally four 10 hour days, monday through Thursday, with Friday reserved for make up days for the mowing season. Candidates must: -Above all else reliability and responsibility are valued. You absolutely must be able to arrive at work on time every day you are scheduled. -ability to work beyond the usual scheduled shifts to account for rain days, seasonal changes etc -provide a high quality service for our customers, in a timely and safe manner. -possess basic knowledge of common lawn care equipment. How to safely and correctly operate and maintain this equipment. -ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card strongly preferred but not required -have a valid drivers license. Ability to drive a truck and trailer strongly preferred but not required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17.00 to $25.00 /hour
