Get started in Real Estate by taking the classes for your licensing exam. This course is approved by the PA Real Estate Commission: CR009223-The Practice of Real Estate. Have you wanted to become a real estate agent? Did you think that owning your own business, being your own boss, and having the ability to generate income based on your effort sound interesting? Real Estate may be a great choice for your future. This course is one of two modules that are required to take the PA Real Estate Licensing Exam. We offer this course on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6p-9p for 5 weeks with a comprehensive recap at the end that will prepare you to pass the state tests. The total cost of all classes is $550 and includes books, both classes and the review course. After this course, you will need to complete the other module titled the Fundamentals of Real Estate that is offered on Monday and Wednesday evening following this course and then complete the recap the weekend following the Fundamentals of Real Estate Course. We offer an orientation the first night providing a brief overview of real estate, the way our school operates, testing procedures, and anything else to help you be successful in your real estate education. We share our space with another retail business and we ask that you help us be good neighbors and park in Ledo's Pizza parking lot past the dumpster.Turn at the lightinto Ledo's Pizza. There are steps that will take you to our space. What's the refund policy? We do not offer refunds to students after the first week of classes. Books can be returned if they are unmarked and in like-new condition. There is a $50 administrative fee for cancellation. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not need to bring your printed ticket. What should I bring to class? You should bring what you would normally bring to a class - a notebook to take notes, pen or pencil, highlighter if you like to highlight your textbook. The textbook will be given to you on the first day of class. It is for both modules.
