We are having this memorial run for the founder of Circle of Steele M.A. Kevin "Ripper" Rose that was always giving back to the community. Ripper has always done good for his local community and giving back and still is to the Port Jervis Elks Christmas Toy Fund with this event in his memory. Please come out have some fun, take the ride, enjoy some music, food, shop some vendors, 50/50 and tricky tray. This is a family event
