Proven, powerful leadership training for lay and professional church leaders to explore 10 core leadership models. Emergent Leader is a proven training program designed for lay and professional church leaders that increases abilities to initiate and realize growth for themselves, for their organizations and for those they lead and serve. The training takes place on nine days over three months and explores ten core leadership models, peer review and evaluation, cohort accountability groups, skill development practicums, reading and growth assignments between events, teaching about core leadership capacities and competencies. This training is designed for lay leaders and professional church workers and is provided by a team of trainers who have decades of experience and proven results in leadership and organizational development within the church and business worlds.
