Join Bry Ulrick and Dr. Louise Peters for a powerfully transformative experience. We combine music, movement, breathwork, and energy psychology practices for stress release, and revitalization. This is an opportunity to clear energetic blocks, restore your nervous system, and renew your spirit. You will experience immediate emotional and physical relief, as well as lasting positive therapeutic effects. Change will happen from within to optimize your mind and life. We begin by identifying and releasing a specific emotion. Perhaps it is anger, resentment, anxiety, or stress of any nature. You will be guided through a Release / Absorb process to clear out energetic blocks and break through any outdated, limited, and subconscious conditioning. In Technolini, dormant energy ascends upward to the heart and wisdom centers. Imagine a ‘big sky’ type of awareness. In our class, group energy comes together and expands to power the shift from stress to creative state. Participants experience inter-connectedness, ease, and peace. Energy flow is restored and there is the awareness of the true self, taking this intention even off of the yoga mat. We will set intentions for renewal. We remove the weeds and plant seeds in the fertile ground of alpha and theta states. You will be guided so your own intentions are easily received and responded to by all levels of mind. This will incorporate a guided process to positively influence your automatic emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Your mind will be tuned, reset, and updated for your highest purpose and your created future. Currently, we offer Technolini Yoga Therapy at Beach Place Guesthouses in Cocoa Beach from 5 - 7 p.m. on select Sundays. Our next offering will be on March 27.
