May 13th-15th, we will come together to dance, connect & grow The Dance Medicine Campout is a 3-day intentional gathering filled with ecstatic dance, community building, fire spinning, delicious food, heart-opening elixirs, bonfires, epic workshops and, of course, magic. 🏕 🏞🔥🪵✨ This May 13-15 of 2022, the sweet spring air will be bursting with the excitement of new life and feeling the warm sun on our skin. After winter’s hibernation and COVID’s isolation, ecstatic dancing and sharing in community is the best medicine. 🌿🌸✨ Fort Mifflin is a stone's throw from center city Philadelphia, yet remote and safe enough to be together in our fullest expression of dance. We invite you to celebrate together and grow in community together. This location offers nature trails and views of the river, historical fort buildings, bonfire locations and beautiful lawns for us to dance to our hearts content. The campout is an immersive experience that encourages you to discover something new about yourself and about how you interact with the world.🌎 We will have ecstatic dance times throughout the weekend with some world renowned DJs and some of our local favorites. There will also be an abundance of workshops throughout the weekend with some amazing teachers and topics including contact beyond contact, acro yoga, authentic relating, flow arts & so much more. 🌟 :: All Tickets Include :: ⛺️Camping Access: You can choose the spot that attracts you most to pitch your tent. You may also bring a camper van or rv to sleep in. If camping isn’t your thing we are so close to center city that you can go home or stay at a friends or Airbnb each night if you are coming from outside of Philadelphia! 🌃 🎶 Live DJ’s & Music: DJ Joro Boro (nyc) DJ Etheria (nyc) DJ Nah Mean? (Philly) DJ Sylo (Philly) DJ Ursidae (D.C) DJ Tayphoon (Germany) Expect a full weekend of esctatic dance journeys with epic warm-ups, soul-vibing live DJ sets from over 5 local and global musical artists and whimsical sound baths throughout the entire weekend. 💫 Workshops: Before every ecstatic dance there will be a warm up class and throughout Saturday and Sunday there will be an eclectic range of workshops to explore, expand & enliven your soul. 🥙 Food: There is an amazing option to purchase a 1-3 meals from our favorite caterer. Be sure to evaluate this option in the ticket purchase! We will also have two food vendors on site with healthy, hearty meals and high-vibing elixirs and superfoods. 📝 Parameters: We are hosting an alcohol and substance free event. It's a wonderful opportunity to experience the mystical effects of dance and genuine human connection with a clear mind and body. That being said, we encourage anyone who is feeling sick or has been exposed to consider the health welfare of others. We will refund your ticket if you can not attend for this reason. There is ample space to spread out at fort Mifflin and the whole event will be outside so if you would like to socially distance you are able to. We will provide color coded wristbands for those who want to communicate their desire for social distance at the event and on the dance floor. 💲Refund Policy: You are always welcome and encouraged to transfer your ticket to someone else. If this is not possible, and you feel you must cancel your ticket, our refund policy is as follows: - 4 weeks or more before the event, we’ll refund you 50% (until April 10th) - Between 4 weeks and 1 week before the event, we'll refund you 25% (until May 2nd) - 1 week before the event there are no refunds but you are still welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
