NEW MILFORD, CT - A New Milford resident is $13,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On March 1, Jeffrey Emmons, of New Milford, purchased a KENO ticket from the 7-Eleven in New Milford and won $13,000.
