NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On February 28, Virginia Dery, of New Haven, purchased a Lucky Cash ticket from the Express Food Mart in New Haven and won $50,000.
