High: 65 Low: 37. Here are the top three stories in Norfolk today: The Norfolk Police Department is currently investigating a shooting at the Hardy Field area Shop 'N' Go convenience store. Police rushed a man with gunshot wounds to a local hospital after they arrived at the store. Authorities have not identified a suspect or realized information about the victim but they are urging anyone with information related to the incident to contact the Norfolk Police Department. (13newsnow.com WVEC)The Norfolk Sister City Association reports that it is not ready to entirely sever its relationship with Kaliningrad, Russia. Both Mayor Kenny Alexander and Virginia Governor Glenn Younkin have called for ending relationships with Russian sister cities. Instead of severing ties, the Norfolk Sister City Association will simply place a hood on the Kaliningrad directional marker at Town Point Park. (WAVY.com)Two suspects have been arrested in the Monday shooting of a retired Norfolk Police sergeant. The incident occurred in the 9200 block of Phillip Avenue. William I. Moore, 83, was pronounced dead at the scene and a 63-year-old woman was rushed to a local hospital for treatment of life-threatening gunshot wounds.
