Press release from the Town of Brookline: February 24, 2022 Due to the forecast Snow Storm there will be no trash or recycling collection on Friday. As a reminder, Trash is on a holiday week schedule due to President's Day. Trash and Recycling collection scheduled for Friday will now be delayed by an additional day. Pick-up will occur on Saturday. Trash collection scheduled Saturday will be delayed by an additional day. Pick-up will occur on Sunday. Recycling collection on Sunday has been canceled. There will only be trash pick-up. Unfortunately, the contractor does not have staff to support recycling collection on Sunday. Regular service will commence next week.
