LORTON, VA — Fairfax County fire officials identified the man who died in a Lorton house fire on Saturday. Charles Ngeh, 59, died in the fire in the 9100 block of Aspenpark Court in Lorton. The fire originated in a bedroom, according to the Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Department. The department said its Fire Investigations Section is investigating the fire and the cause still has not been determined. Ngeh's death was Fairfax County's first fire fatality of 2022.
