PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 71-year-old longtime Springfield restaurant owner who was driving for Lyft Saturday was shot and his body discarded on a street in Hillcrest Heights after his assailants took his car. Abdul Khan's wife Saba Raul spoke with 7News about her pain and grief from what's being considered a senseless act. "My life is gone. He's not going to come home anymore," she said. "He was just on the road with three shots in his body. I can't even...he was just there on the road calling for help, calling my name." Prince George's County Police Chief Malik Aziz said the crime is linked to a Lyft fare Khan picked up in D.C. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 301-516-2512.
