Description

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The San Francisco Board of Education approved a new collective bargaining agreement Tuesday between the San Francisco Unified School District and the United Educators of San Francisco, the union that represents district teachers. The new agreement goes through June 30, 2023, and replaces the agreement that expired June 30, 2020, according to a news release issued late Tuesday by district officials. The agreement calls for teachers and paraeducators to receive two $2,000 bonuses this year — one in June and one in November — and provides substantial raises for paraeducators and substitute teachers, according to the district news release.
