JERSEY CITY, NJ —A Jersey City man, 64, was charged by Hudson County prosecutors on Monday with sexually assaulting his 17-year-old stepdaughter. Prosecutors alleged that the assault occurred Sunday inside a residence in Jersey City. The man's name is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim. The man was charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault and a count of second degree endangering the welfare of a child.
