Press release from the City of Rancho Santa Margarita: March 1, 2022 Books By Mail is a free service that provides books and books on CD to eligible residents unable to access the library. Books By Mail is a free service that provides books and books on CD to homebound, eligible residents in the county who are unable to visit the library because of a physical disability, long-term illness, and/or lack of transportation.  As our county population ages, OCPL continues to look for ways to reach and engage seniors.  OCPL is increasing outreach, item delivery, and programming to help combat the isolation that some seniors experience.   Additional Info...
