CONCORD, NH — David C. Richardson Jr., born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2022, on driving under the influence-second offense and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident on North State Street. Jesse L. Cleasby, 36, of Penacook was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Feb. 19 on a criminal mischief charge as well as a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Whitney Road. Aviva Kollangi, 44, of Concord was arrested at 9:51 a.m. on Feb. 17 on six theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges after incidents at locations in Downtown Concord. He was arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road. Jackie M. Roberts, 21, of Concord was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Feb. 15 on a theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road. He is a felon due to a drug conviction. Roberts is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on March 4. Jacob Lee Columbo, born 1984, of Concord was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on Feb. 13 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge after an incident on South Main Street. Michael William Bux, born 1978, of Wilmot was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on Feb. 12 on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges after an incident at Caring Family Dentistry on Loudon Road. Kevin Donald McFetridge Jr., born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 5:10 a.m. on Feb. 11 on theft or mislaid property, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street. Chea Chebo, 21, of Concord was cited on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge at 2:21 p.m. on Feb. 10.
