Looking for a good general contractor or subcontractor looking to network with a land investment company. You would represent my interest in any preconstruction permitting, fencing, signage, and any other minor improvements to the land prior to build.
Right now I just need somebody local to Jefferson County. I currently own over 50 lots between Pulaski and Jefferson Counties and will begin development on a portion of my portfolio by the end of the year. I have another 35 lots in NW Arkansas.
Looking to build a relationship with someone honest and reliable as this is our family business. I've had pretty good luck finding good people on here, don't let me down. Thanks.
