Need help in mounting a Chandlier - $250 job

Chandelier is already assembled.All you need to do is connect wires and mount(I know how to wire it up,will help u on that).But this is a 19 foot ceiling and so you should have a at least a 16 feet scaffold to do the job.This is a small job but you may need another person to hold the scaffold.I will pay $250 flat
