LOS GATOS, CA — The Los Gatos Library is hosting an event next Thursday focusing on immigrants' experience with racism in the United States. The event features Francesca Bentley, a Stanford master's student pursuing a degree in International Policy with a specialization in International Security. She has done reporting on Black migrants and worked as a Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellow, and hopes to work in geo-political consulting or intergovernmental organization. Teens in grades six and up who are aspiring journalists, writers, historians, politicians and social justice warriors are especially welcome, according to the event listing. The virtual event takes place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Mar. 10. Click here to register.
