JOLIET, IL — Nearly five months after Joliet police charged him with traveling to meet a minor, 46-year-old Lake Zurich resident Joshua Radetski also faces three counts of child pornography. According to the new criminal complaint submitted by a Joliet police detective, Radetski had nude photos of a girl under the age of 13 on his Samsung Galaxy cellular phone on Oct. 7. Some of the photos were sexually explicit, the complaint noted. On Tuesday, Will County Judge Victoria Breslan issued a new bench warrant for Radetski's arrest, and she set his new bail at $250,000. Back on Oct. 21, Radetski was released from the Will County Jail after spending two weeks in custody. Joliet police had arrested him on charges of traveling to meet a minor, grooming and indecent solicitation of a child through the Internet. After the arrest, Will County Judge Dave Carlson agreed to reduce Radetski's bail from $500,000 to $250,000. The defendant's father, who lives in Palatine, then came up with the necessary $25,000 cash to regain his son's freedom while his case awaited trial at the Will County Courthouse. According to his October criminal complaint, Radetski used a cellular phone with the intent of meeting a person he believed to be a child under the age of 17. The person turned to be a member of the Save Our Siblings organization, who was using a 16-year-old female persona. The original criminal complaint indicates Radetski expected the 16-year-old female "to perform an act of sexual penetration."On Oct. 7, Joliet police arrested Radetski at a business parking lot in the 3100 block of Joliet's West West Jefferson Street.
