Looking for a full or part time employee to do maintenance/repair and apartment turnover prep work on a variety of rental properties, mostly in River Falls, WI. Wages are negotiable. The hours are daytime but somewhat varied, and usually flexible. This is essentially a handyman position, the ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all trades type person. You will need to be able to diagnose and fix any number of problems involving a variety buildings and their systems. Must live within 30 minute drive of River Falls, WI. Must have driver's license and preferably your own insured vehicle. Mileage reimbursement for travel between job sites. A company provided vehicle is a possibility for the right candidate. You should have most of your own tools, but I am willing to provide some tools as well. Must pass background check. Must be able to lift 50+lbs, work on ladders, work outdoors in all conditions, crawl/kneel/lay in awkward positions - this is an active job. We manage about 100 rental units spread out among several apartment buildings, town homes, duplexes and single family houses. Most units are in River Falls, WI and the others in Prescott, Roberts and Baldwin, WI. Whatever needs to get done at these buildings, for the most part, we do it.
