Job Description Apex Companies is looking for energetic individuals with a strong work ethic and good customer communication skills. As a lawn care technician your responsibility will be to help provide Granular fertilizer and weed control products to turf via ride on spreaders/ sprayers for commercial and residential sites. As a leader in the industry we have taken the time to develop a proven process that a qualified, motivated and dedicated individual will be able to excel. If you enjoy working outdoors, having use of reliable equipment, care about the work you leave behind and can work as a team or independently you may be what we are looking for. Employee Qualifications / Duties Ability to operate Ride On Spreader /Sprayer, back pack sprayer, back pack blower & other small engine equipment Full time work, must have valid driver’s license and Licensed by MDA catagories A & E. Ability to identify and learn various seasonal conditions & weeds within a lawn Friendly Customer Service Skills Positive Attitude & Coachable Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Be able to consistently lift 50lbs Safely operate all equipment & motor vehicles Work independently or as a team & complete necessary paper work. Proper understanding of safety regulations to apply fertilizers, herbicides, & insecticides and/or willingness to learn Continuing Education as required by company & state Experience preferred but willing to train the right person Maintain company standard and level of professionalism Benefits: Year round employment Medical insurance 401k PTO Insetives
