SANTA ROSA, CA — UPDATE: A Santa Rosa man who was reported missing when he did not return to his residence Sept. 26 has been found, police said. The Santa Rosa Police Department asked the community for its help Friday night in locating Jeremy Michael Stefonich. Then, around 1 p.m. Saturday, police said they were notified Stefonich was located and was safe. ORIGINAL POST: The Santa Rosa Police Department would like to thank the community for their assistance. The Santa Rosa Police Department asked for the public's help in finding a man who has been missing since Monday. Jeremy Michael Stefonich walked away from his residence near Coddingtown Mall on Monday, Santa Rosa police said. Stefonich, is white, 40 years old and was last seen barefoot, wearing a dark blue fire department T-shirt and unknown colored pants, police said. "Jeremy suffers from physical and mental disabilities," police said. "He also has medical issues that require regular medication." Santa Rosa police have not been able to find Stefonich since he was reported missing so they are looking to the public for help.
