DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — ISD 191's School Board will hold a special meeting Thursday to revise its COVID-19 health and safety mitigation protocols. The special meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at Diamondhead Education Center, the district said. Masks are currently required in all ISD 191 buildings.
