DUBLIN, CA — A car fire is slowing traffic on I-680 just before the intersection with I-580, KCBS Radio tweeted Wednesday at 2:55 p.m. The PulsePoint app has also confirmed that the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire at 2:39 p.m. KCBS reports that fire crews have blocked the two right lanes of the freeway near Dublin.
