CALABASAS, CA — A freestanding car hood blocked a lane on the eastbound State Route 101 (Ventura Freeway) in Calabasas Tuesday morning. The hood blocked one lane on the Parkway Calabasas offramp around 9:48 a.m. Tuesday, according to California Highway Patrol. CHP responded to the incident shortly after, but there was no immediate time estimate on when the offramp would be cleared. There was traffic at the Parkway Calabasas on and offramp Tuesday morning.
