I am a dressmaker specializing in bridal, I am seeking a live/work space within a 5-10 mile radius of Rumford! My budget is $1500 a month, must be ok working with rent relief for the initial moving expenses and up to 3 month rent! I did not lose my currently living situation due to non rent payment but because of city zoning issues! My landlord can confirm that! I do not smoke or drink, I do not have pets, my life is simple and quiet! I just need someone to give me a chance to continue doing what i love! I can provide plenty of references! I do not mind a shared work or live space, I would however prefer if they were in the same building.
