PHOENIX, AZ —Phoenix Suns forward Cam Johnson hosted a lemonade stand at Los Olivos Park in Phoenix Monday afternoon, settling a bet he and teammate Mikal Bridges made on the Super Bowl. Johnson bet on the Cincinnati Bengals —he's a big fan —while Bridges backed the Los Angeles Rams. The pair actually attended the game in Los Angeles, which was won by the Rams 23-20. That is why Johnson was serving lemonade and cookies to a crowd estimated to be well over 2,000 people, according to ArizonaSports.com. According to the Suns, the restaurant Flower Child donated the lemonade and cookies and the event raised $5,000 for Phoenix Suns Charities. Johnson, who served lemonade and cookies himself, was joined at the event by several teammates, including Bridges, who also helped out. Also attending were: Frank Kaminsky, Cam Payne, Ish Wainright and, yes, Chris Paul. Players also signed autographs and posed for pictures. "I've loved playing in this city since the moment I got here," said the third-year player Johnson, according to the Suns. "I've loved living here and these people are a big part of that ... I hope these people do understand that all this money that they have donated ... is just going to be popped right back into the community."
