FLOORING CREW NEEDED

I'm the owner of a flooring company looking for a new flooring crew to add to my team. We do flooring projects throughout Chicago and into the northern suburbs. I need a crew that has all of the following: - General Liability Insurance (with proof) - Vehicle and drivers license - Sanding machines and all other flooring tools and can do all of the following: - Install hardwood - Refinish hardwood - Install laminate, LVP, engineered hardwood I need a crew who will show up on time, complete projects on time, communicate throughout the project and I will keep you busy. I have a lot of projects. Please let me know if you are interested and can do/have all of these things. If so, please send pictures of your work and I can send over an example of a piece rate work order so you can see how much I pay.
