Press release from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office: Joni Money February 28, 2022 At approximately 9:30 AM this morning, Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies were notified of a body located in the woods in Brighton.  According to reports, the currently unidentified body of a male was located in the woods near Oak Ridge Road.  The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
