NMLB and MEXICAN CARTELS (Albuquerque) Dennis Chavez of DC Livestock Auction and Southwest Livestock Auction Los Lunas New Mexico Hyw. 6; all horses are stolen property animals, most were stolen by the Mexican Cartels Sinaloa and Juarez Cartels in cahoots with the New Mexico Livestock Board, a lot from the Albuquerque NM area. All police and Governor Grisham are covering up and protecting the Cartels and NMLB corruption. The the terrorism that the NMLB and Cartels do to people that expose the corruption is mutilating baby horses as a death threat.
