A minimum of 3 years experience required. Job Description: - Open and winterize swimming pools in accordance with company procedures. - Perform weekly maintenance of swimming pools, spas, and water features. including water chemistry balancing, cleaning, and checking over equipment and automation systems. - Diagnose and repair swimming pool equipment and automation systems including pumps/motors, heaters, automation (Jandy, Pentair, Hayward), electrical, plumbing, and automatic pool cleaners. -Perform minor tile, coping, plaster, and masonry repairs. -Measure, install, and repair safety pool covers. -Maintain a clean, stocked company truck. -Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers. -Work well both independently and on a team. -Fill out necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Requirements: - Must possess excellent client/communication skills. - Must to be able to lift 75 lbs. - Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. - Must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays during our busy seasons (spring and fall). - Must have transportation to and from our shop in Royersford at the beginning and end of each day. - Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Must be able to pass a background check. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years residential in-ground pool service experience required to apply. Please see our other listings for positions that require less experience. Please Note: This is a full-time job. Our season typically runs from mid-March to beginning/mid-November. There may be an opportunity for some part-time winter work as well.
