We have entry-level to foreman level Install positions we're looking to fill. Construction experience is required for all positions. Daily Construction and Job Site Prep duties may include any of the following skills/tasks: 1. Set up temporary security and dust walls and protect the clients home from damage during the project, 2. Prepare for footings or foundation needs, 3. Cutdown walls or reframe for new walls, 4. Install and connect required beam and support requirements on a variety of home types, 5. Waterproofing, 6. Drywall replacement including mud, tape, and texture, 7. Stucco replacement including brown, scratch, and texture, 8. Installation of Western Door and Window Products to manufacturer Specs and building code requirements. 9. Pre-stage materials by Job to ensure the team has what they need. 10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment for staff and customers. 11. Performs other construction-related duties as required or assigned. 12. Ensures the expectations of the client are being met throughout the project and will collaborate with Skye Walls team with changes if necessary, and be prepared to adjust the scope of work. Competencies 1. Demolition. 2. Door and Window installation weatherproofing and installation. 3. Framing, Stucco and Drywall experience preferred. 4. Internal and External Customer/Client Focus. 5. Mechanically Inclined / Use of hand tools. 6. Ethical Conduct. 7. Personal Effectiveness/Credibility. 8. Organization Skills 9. Communication. 10. Punctuality Supervisory Responsibility if hired at the top Install level. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a field setting. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to lift, stand, talk, and hear. EE must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
