Private Men's Health Club is offering a full time graveyard position. Must be a male over 18 years old. Hospitality Housekeeping experience is preferred. Please visit our website prior to applying at www.clubsandiego.com Apply online at: The basic duties include the following: • Provide outstanding and professional member service. • Checking members into and out of the club. • Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. • Answer members questions and provide information on procedures or policies. • Monitor member check out time, update any boards and collect overtime fees appropriately. • Communicate with back of the house on any issues or needs keeping the tablets updated. • Folding towels in the laundry bins brought up from the laundry. • Help members find the location of products, rooms and lockers. • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to members. • Cheerfully and immediately greet members entering establishment. • Supervise processes and provide on-the-job training. • Assist members by providing information and resolving their complaints. • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties, such as mopping floors and emptying trash cans. • Establish or identify prices of goods, services, or admission, and tabulate bills, using calculators, cash registers, or scanners. • Promptly answer incoming phone calls and assist caller including taking messages. • Assist with duties in other areas of the club • Fold towels and re-stock shelves. • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. • Calculate total payments received during a time period and reconcile this with total sales. • Post charges against members accounts. • Request information or make announcements using paging systems. • Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records. • Maintain cleanliness of entire building which includes but not limited to: rooms, venues, alleyway front of building/sidewalk and showers. • Checking and ‘blowing out’ boiler daily. We will train to do this properly. • Recording daily progress sheet on tablet keeping front office staff informed of rooms being cleaned to help manage the rooms. • Proving outstanding and professional member service by assisting with member concerns or complaints and keeping front office informed. • Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. • Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers. • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, toilets, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met. • Empty wastebaskets, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. • Observe precautions required to protect club and members property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors immediately. • Replenish supplies, such a, linens, bathroom items, sanitizers, and other items. • Dust and polish furniture and equipment. • Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy. • Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. • Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. • Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses. • Polish accessories and metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings. • Laundry duties such as sorting towels and other articles, load washing machines, loading dryer and folding cleaned items. • Request repair services and wait for repair workers to arrive. • Sort, count, and mark clean linens and store them in linen designated areas. • Run errands, buying supplies or as directed. • Complete any other duties requested by a supervisor or manager.
