Manor Leasing & Property Management LLC (www.manorleasing.com) is looking for a long term full-time Maintenance Technician who is self-motivated with a positive attitude to work for a mid-size residential property management company in Lancaster, PA. Required to have experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance. Must pass drug screening and criminal background check and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Company will provide work vehicle and tools. Must provide written resume to be considered. Responsibilities: • Complete service/repair orders in a timely fashion • Estimate time and extent of repairs • Perform routine preventive maintenance • Maintain material and supply inventory • Plan and schedule repairs with residents and procure all parts for successful plan • Maintain schedule to use time most efficiently Qualifications: • Ability to read and interpret repair order documents and maintenance instructions • Ability to problem solve • General Handyman • Familiar with maintenance tools and equipment • Janitorial (common grounds area clean, pet waste stations, dumpster trash clean-up as needed) • Plumbing • Light Electrical • Light Carpentry • Touch-up Painting (includes but not limited to: drywall repair, sanding and finishing) • HVAC • Appliance troubleshooting • Strong Communication with office staff and residents • Attention to detail to maintain company standards • Self-motivated, deadline and detail-oriented • Computer/Smart Phone Literate • Ability to handle physical workload ​Duties: • Apartment Turnovers • Resident Maintenance Requests • Perform General Inspections of Apartments (filter changes & inspections) • Keep common areas and grounds clean • Snow Removal; operate snow blower, shovel work (mandatory evening/weekends when needed) Requirements: • High School Diploma and a minimum of two (2) consecutive years property maintenance related experience • Must pass drug screening and criminal background check • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to and from shop location Schedule: • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. On-call every other week/weekends for emergencies only.
