A place to grind

Trying to find a place I can plug in my bench grinder to cut some metal for a few hours. I stay in a downtown studio NO GRINDING! Even with 2 100 foot pizety cords out my window to the alley no grinding! I understand the safety and noise issues Is it still America when a citizen born and raised can't utilize his own tools in a appropriate manner where such tool can be operated? Have what i need only need a place where its cool doesn't have to be 3 hours non stop Will clean up and compensate Ok Thanks
