Entire 2nd floor available - 2 rooms + a private bathroom. Downstairs is free also if needed. No furniture in the house so you can leave your equipment set up if you want. You can use the kitchen too if you want. There is also a huge backyard with bamboo we can use for shows in the future. I'm a former musician and comedian so I am always thinking about future shows. I'd also prefer to rent out the extra space to a band than have a roommate...though you can certainly crash out in your rented space if you need. Or become a roommate if we talk about it and agree. Rent would be $700 per month.
You'll also be isolated upstairs so noise shouldn't be an issue at all. The neighbors are loud also.
