Combo farmhand/food packer needed. Must enjoy repetitive, on-your-knees type weeding, as well as strenuous shovel/wheelbarrow work during summer months. Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions, be self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to lift 50+lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to use a ladder, run small engine equipment; mowers, trimmers, etc. Must be able to take instruction, come to work with a good attitude, be willing to listen and learn and have the ability to show up regularly and on time. Must work efficiently and with plant knowledge. Winter work will be in our dehydrated food facility. Must be able to follow written instructions accurately, work quickly and efficiently in an assembly line style atmosphere. Strong math and organizational skills required. Also, reliable transportation (15 minutes outside Moscow). Full or Part Time, Mon – Fri, 9 am to 5 pm. We are happy to coordinate a beneficial schedule as long as you’re reliable once you commit. Starting hourly rate $15 to $17/hour depending on depth of experience. Initial interview via email only.
