This team member contributes to the team by their consistency and dependability that each team counts on. This critical role demands someone who is truly a team player and can be flexible within their day-to-day duties. We offer consistent year-round work for all of our employees. We are looking for a hard-working team player who is willing to work overtime. All candidates must meet the basic requirements: Have at least 2 years of Truck/Trailer driving experience Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen Clear employment eligibility requirements as verified via the E-Verify program Clean MVR Ability to be on call for 1-week each month (on call compensation provided-$175/week) Attendance and Punctuality to be at work and on time Good track record for safety and accuracy Team Player Comfortable working in confined space areas including manholes Must be okay to travel periodically Must be comfortable with performing physical labor and helping the crew. Equipment experience is a plus. Position requires driving Tandem Dump Trucks with Loaded Equipment Trailers Potential Duties include but not limited to: Must be able to perform pre and post trip inspections and required driver logs Reporting breakdowns or repairs needed for equipment Assembling materials and supplies needed for the completion of the assigned project Assure that all personnel and observers are at a safe distance from moving equipment Be able to work well within a team environment to accomplish the job. Physical Requirements: Sitting and Driving – 4-6 hours daily Standing – 2 hours Light physical activity – 2 hours Lift and Carry (50/60 lbs. for 20 feet) – Regularly C&L Water Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer
