Description

Midsized Concrete Contractor looking for a detail-oriented Concrete Construction Estimator. The Concrete Construction Estimator should obtain all relevant project documents including; plans, drawings and specifications, to determine cost of building materials, labor and equipment. Knowledge in documentation and understanding job bid instructions and be competent in drafting proposals, budgets and change orders for projects tendered. The Concrete Construction Estimator will work closely with the, Estimator(s), Superintendent(s) and Owner(s) to ensure project success. This position reports to the Senior Construction Estimator. Qualifications: • Degree building/construction, cost estimating, or related field experience, 1 to 3 years’ as a construction estimator. Entry level will be considered. • Dependable, conscientious, and well-spoken.
