SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK - USA & CANADA The shipping and receiving clerk performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks such as receiving, inspecting, storing, staging, packaging and loading finished inventory for delivery to customer. Major Job Responsibilities: General Shipping functions: Responsible for daily UPS, and Fedex shipments as required including packaging Responsible for daily Freight shipments as required. Coordinating and assembling pallet shipments as per production shipping schedule. Prepare all shipping documents Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments with our freight forwarder. Loading of all freight shipments / containers Process daily shipments and present to production for entry into MAS 90 General Receiving functions: Receiving all goods into the warehouse (product and repairs) Confirm that all packing lists are correct Enter all daily receivers into MAS 90 Process daily receivers and present to production for entry into MAS 90. Helps to maintain inventory on shelves, rotate stock for FIFO, cycle count as needed Operate forklift in accordance with Company policy & maintain in working order Participate in the physical inventory process as required. Assists as directed with needed ad hoc activities. Skills and Requirements: Ability to work independently and recognize opportunities to contribute Communicate effectively with warehouse team and operations Ability to react in fast-paced ever-changing environment Operate fork lift truck and other material moving equipment Competent with basic tools for the assembly of goods Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word Excellent understanding of carrier applications like UPS, FedEx, etc. Ability to lift 75 lbs. Education Background: High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1year relevant work experience Work hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday   Location: Position is based in Camarillo, CA at the warehouse of L-ACOUSTICS INC.
