Re-home 18 month med.-haired female cat to good home

I have a female cat who has been spayed, chipped, it’s UTD on all shots. I will include food dishes/food, litter box/litter & kitty condo (if wanted). She just turned 18 months old. Her name is Gracie (she’s all gray). She is licensed in Mult. Co. for 3 years (that is transferable). I do not know how she would be around other cats, but she loves my chihuahua & I’m sure she would be just fine with a bigger dog. My chihuahua is allergic to her. Her eyes water constantly, & now recently she started wheezing. I am afraid it is affecting my dog’s health. She has never been around young children, so I would prefer an older adult who wants a companion. A small re-homing fee applies to the right person.
