To learn more, visit fullbellyfarmvt.com Wash/Pack Manager Position Responsibilities: Coordinates and participates in the washing and packing of berries and vegetables to supply the farmstand and wholesale customers Works alongside the sales manager and farmstand produce lead to assess inventory, plan harvests and distribute between markets Maintains cleanliness of wash/pack, carries out post harvest produce safety Experience working on a fruit/vegetable farm is preferred, willing to train the right person Ability to work independently and with others Skillful time management and organization Able to lift 40lb and be on your feet all day Position Type: full time Period of Employment: April/May-Oct/Nov Wages: 16+, DOE Etc: farm store discount, free vegetable seconds
