Off-campus student housing facility in Durham hiring for turnover starting May 25. We supply all paint and supplies. You should bring basics like your favorite paint brush. Little to no patching/sanding. We will prep before you arrive. One coat only. All rooms are completely unfurnished. Paying $2500 total for estimated 5 days work for 2 painters depending on your speed and efficiency. Insurance preferable but we can assist with that if necessary.
