Seeking a Cooking / Catering Crew for a Moab Event May 17-22

We're looking for an experienced cooking / catering crew for an event in Moab, UT for the dates of May 17-22nd. The event will have 45 to 60 people. We have all of the cooking gear -- stoves, pots and pans, plateware, and even the menus (but we'd take menu input). This event would need 2 to 3 people to do the buying, cooking and cleanup for 5 breakfasts and 4 dinners. This is an outdoor event so you'll have to be able to camp at our site. Your own RV or camper would work fine. Food purchases at the City Market in Moab. We have a menu with quantities to buy. You'd have to arrive on the 16th to buy food and arrange the kitchen that we'll setup for you. After breakfast the last day, you'll be done after breakfast. We'll do all the takedown and packup of the kitchen. It's a great group of people, all active cyclists and considerate. We'll be covid testing everyone that attends this event to ensure everyone's safety. We would require a covid test of all our cooks as well (we're bringing the covid home test kits and we have a medical professional who will administrer the tests when guests arrive).
