Landscape and Lawn Irrigation Laborer Position Carefree Lawn, Inc has positions open for Landscape and Lawn Irrigation Laborers. We perform various types of landscaping such as plantings, retaining walls, pavers and lighting, install commercial and residential sprinkler systems and have a service department that services the western Black Hills. Great working environment Respectful and honest owners Room and training for advancement Remodeling jobs in the winter to provide year around work Holiday Pay Vacation Pay Performance Bonuses Snow Removal Bonus Program Scope of Work: Assist the crew with various tasks which may include any of the following: Digging and raking Laying sod Planting and watering Sprinkler Installation Install mortarless segmental concrete retaining wall blocks and pavers Maintain properties using hand or power tools or small equipment Daily setup and clean up Maintaining an orderly truck and shop Snow Removal, snow plow truck. Employment Requirements 1. Maintain a safe, drug and alcohol-free work place. 2. Self-Motivated and able to work with a team 3. Follow written and oral instruction. 4. Maintain tools and equipment. 5. Be able to tolerate various weather conditions. 6. Be able to lift 80lbs, transfer vertically weight up to 100lbs. 7. Have reliable transportation to and from work 8.
