Now Hiring Commercial Cleaners and Professional Janitorial Technicians. ****Current opening: ONE community in Surprise. Starts Mid March. This is a once per week clean 8 hrs per week each plus paid drive time. Supplies provided. Schedule roughly 7-3or 6-2 etc. Cleaning involves clubhouse plus one (of 7)building cleaned each week. This job requires TWO technicians...Friends\Family welcome. Contact me for details. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: dusting, taking out trash, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down walls, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, fitness centers, etc. Requirements: • Multi-task • Be around cleaning chemicals • Be flexible as week days, nights and weekends may be needed •Training and supplies provided. Part time, could turn to full time. Must have reliable transportation. 1099 position $16-$20+ per hr.
