We are a fast-paced bathroom remodeling company. We need an Installers Assistant with good communication skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn bathroom remodeling tasks including carpentry, customer service, jobsite management, among others. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be able to work in a jobsite setting, be self-motivated, communicate well, and be organized. We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work hard and to take initiative to learn and implement our processes. Remodeling or construction trades experience is preferred but not required. There is room for growth here. *** Key Responsibilities: - Prep jobsite for a clean, professional install. - Maintaining a clean, organized workspace. - Assist lead installer with staging, loading, demo, installation, clean up, and haul away of bathroom remodeling projects. - Demo/removal of existing tub or shower pan, surround, removing vanity cabinets and countertops, flooring, trim and casework. - End of day clean-up of jobsite. - Assist Lead Installer with miscellaneous tasks on site. *** Physical Requirements: - Must be able to team lift 50-100lbs - Lifting of large objects such as plywood, drywall, cabinets, countertops, toilets, and flooring. *** Additional Details: - Job is primarily indoors with loading and unloading trailers outside in all seasons. - Must have reliable daily transportation and valid driver’s license. - Must have a cell phone with data plan. - Ability to follow instructions and work within a team is a must. - Good communication skills are a must.
