We are looking for a full-time maintenance person for Robson Property Management in Broken Arrow but will include work in the Tulsa Metro area. Job Description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to HVAC, plumbing, painting, molding, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical repairs, and must also possess excellent customer service skills, leadership abilities, and be a team player. Will be responsible for general as well as preventative maintenance repairs. Must be available to work in emergency situations. • Must be able to plan, schedule, and perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner. • Responsible for the thorough knowledge, implementation, training, and enforcement of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper use, storage, and management of hazardous materials, including solvents, flammables, caustics, and Freon. • Ensures preventative maintenance is performed on a timely basis and ensures preventative maintenance is planned in a proactive manner and schedules are followed. • Must be able to supervise vendors on proper performing assigned jobs. • Must be able to address complaints in a professional manner. • Must be able to think through problems and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. • Maintains a courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. • Must be available and willing to answer 24- hour maintenance emergency calls. • Ability to operate standard maintenance equipment in a proper and safe manner. Requirements • High school education. • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, appliance repair, pools and spas, carpentry, and general construction. • Be able to obtain bids, present information for approval, and follow up on the approved performance of the job. • Basic computer skills to include google research and email • Problem-solving. • Effective communication and management skills. • Customer service skills. • Time management • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must be able to pass a drug test Please reply to this email with your resume.
